Positive: This software has been a game-changer for our recruitment process - it has streamlined operations and made them more efficient. The ability to easily access and update candidate information has been a major plus, and the simplicity of the process is a real plus. This has been particularly helpful during these challenging times, as we've had to make adjustments due to the pandemic and other unforeseen events.

Negative: I can't think of anything significant to complain about. The primary advantage is that it has decreased the amount of manual work, giving us more time for other projects. One thing that would be helpful is the addition of features for more in-depth candidate assessments, like skills tests or video interviews.

Summary: Altogether, my experiences with Manatal's product and staff have been excellent. Incredible people who care about the success of my company as much as their own career growth. The product is top-notch and easy to use. The availability of robust features helped us boost our productivity and efficiency.

Positive: It is amazing to have the opportunity to construct a pipeline that is tailored to a particular job. We have the ability to set up an infinite number of pipelines and recruitment phases with just a few clicks of the mouse. We are able to customize our hiring processes to meet the requirements of each individual position since the entry-level, intermediate, and senior positions that we are looking to fill differ so greatly from industry to industry. Being able to make changes as needed is, therefore, a huge benefit to us.

Negative: I'd like the search bar to apply for candidates who have been removed from the current pool of candidates but are still in the system for some reason. I'm not able to do that right now because I need to unarchive the candidates first before it can work.

Summary: It's straightforward to understand and use, and the system's design makes it simple to test out the many capabilities. Excellent customer service and extensive, well-explained documentation highlight this product.

Positive: Both the candidate profiles and the job pipeline have a minimalistic and clean design. I can quickly check how many potential candidates I have for each opening, and then rearrange their order using simple drag-and-drop actions. Overall, it works great for standardizing the recruitment process, which is what I wanted it for.

Negative: My first concern was that, like with previous solutions, only one scorecard per candidate would be allowed. However, it appears that this is not the case with Manatal, since several scorecards can be created for each position.

Summary: Very easy to use and has good functionality as a whole. We can change it to fit our needs. Everyone on staff was very helpful. They are helpful, friendly, and ready to help in any situation.

Positive: We used to spend hours at the end of every month trying to figure out things like the optimum time to hire or how well each channel performed. Now, those reports can be generated with a couple of clicks. The platform is generally simple to use, and the team picked it up quickly. Another benefit is that clients can view candidates, take notes, and complete scorecards using Manatal for free. This made it so we didn't have to send as many emails.

Negative: Although every program has its quirks and it can be tricky to get exactly what you need, but this one is specifically adaptable, so we were able to easily customize it to meet our needs by, for example, making it possible to customize application forms, automate resume branding, and set up distinctive recruitment funnels that can be used for any new role. Not to be overlooked, the customer service is appreciated.

Summary: We were able to significantly boost our operations with Manatal's help thanks to the streamlined efficiency of our recruitment practices. It is helpful to have one place to organize team collabs, set up interviews, and store information.

Positive: I like how simple it is to navigate the site and access the features I need to maintain candidate data and review feedback. Furthermore, we find the recently implemented scorecards tool to be quite useful. Thanks to our new standardized approach, team members can easily rate prospects, compare their scores, and go back to examine their cards at any time.

Negative: This program has served me well and I have been impressed by its versatility. While the premium job posting does its intended work, getting the ad live can take up to a day.

Summary: Cost-effective recruiting software. It's an ATS and CRM. Customer service has always been responsive and provided free trainings when needed. One of the top recruiting tools.

Positive: We were able to accomplish more in less time. Improve our collaborative workflows significantly in comparison to our old system, and provides a CRM so that we can now store all client and candidate information on a single platform. It has a superb user interface, which says a lot considering my lack of technical expertise.

Negative: There should be scorecards in Manatal. We and our clients will benefit from a more collaborative candidate evaluation process and coordinated feedback.

Summary: We have been able to improve our productivity while reducing our costs thanks to Manatal. It can be adjusted to fit specific needs, can grow with the business, and can be set up and tweaked quickly and easily. A solid product. Recommend it to others.

Positive: A top applicant tracking system, Manatal was designed with the recruiting process in mind. Detailed reports while maintaining an exceptionally friendly user interface. Because of the great precision of the resume parsing tool and the power of AI, it is simple to locate the most qualified candidates in the database.

Negative: It would be nice to have access to a wider range of dashboard widgets, such as those that let one view the most recent emails received in their inbox.

Summary: Manatal is an applicant tracking system (ATS) that includes everything you need to manage clients and candidates from one place.

Positive: It's brilliant that you can call at and talk to a real person if you need support. Video guides that explain each new feature and are updated frequently are also a nice touch. The user interface is polished and clear. We advertised our openings on several job boards and received plenty of applications.

Negative: A scorecard feature in Manatal would be fantastic, in our opinion.

Summary: It's clear that Manatal was developed by people who have worked in an agency before. Both the recruiting and the sales operations may be managed centrally with the help of the software's user-friendly and practical customer relationship management features.

Positive: It only took a few hours for Manatal to get me functioning normally. Migrating our candidate database and integrating it with Gmail was simple. In about an hour, we created and launched our career page. Our team enjoys the software's simplicity.

Negative: We hope that the platform will soon allow users to send SMS messages to candidates directly from the site.

Summary: Very clear and comprehensive plan, with affordable rates and no hidden fees. In contrast, with some alternative ATSs, hidden resume parsing costs kick in once a certain number of resumes have been sent. The time saved on mundane tasks like copying and pasting, database management, etc. has allowed us to recruit more staff. We're quite pleased with the product.

Positive: The training and onboarding provided by the support staff are top-notch. It takes little time to prepare and relocate a candidate database. Superb user experience and a range of useful features for managing all aspects of the recruitment process.

Negative: During the trial, you won't be able to use the feature that allows you to publish jobs on online job boards. We ventured and committed, having faith in the reliability of the service. It's working as advertised, and applications from LinkedIn and other sources are pouring in.

Summary: After having used this product for a couple of months, I can tell without a doubt that it has made the process of recruiting a great deal more structured and effective. This is simple and straightforward for us. It's got fantastic pricing, great support, may be set up in a single day, etc. There's a free 14-day trial for anyone who's curious as we were, and there are also free demos and training sessions available.

Positive: This product is great, and I've just used it for a year. As a result, I've found that my regular tasks are much easier to complete. It is an amazing applicant tracking system that is simple to use and comes with a variety of features, one of which is designed to make working together with clients better.

Negative: As some of our clients offer the same roles in multiple locations, it would be helpful if we could include numerous locations for a single position on the career page.

Summary: Very flexible, well-made, and optimized. My first-choice ATS from this point on. In addition, there is no requirement for an additional CRM because Manatal can handle all the tracking and management of your clients, beginning with the prospecting stage and continuing through to the closing stage.

Positive: Extremely simple to track the progress of candidates during the hiring process. Excellent candidate profiles that include all of the necessary details on a single page and even go so far as to automatically collect social media accounts. In addition to this, utilizing it is really simple, and in comparison to other ATS programs, it has a very quick response time.

Negative: Our company's career page would benefit greatly from being available in languages other than English.

Summary: Manatal is perfect in every way for us. Functional resume parser, tools for screening, AI and search functions, mass emailing, advertising jobs to job boards, a portal for client collaboration—the list goes on and on.

Positive: I wanted to draw attention to how outstanding the customer support team is and the fact that there are many good features to mention. They're always quick to get back to you.

Negative: We are looking forward to the platform being available in Spanish at some point in the future. At this time, the translation into Spanish is limited to only the career page.

Summary: For both advertising job positions and constantly sourcing candidates on LinkedIn. The platform is used in both our internal and external recruitment processes, and it performs well in both roles. As a whole, it's a great solution for most companies.

Positive: Connecting Gmail and Google Calendar is a simple process. Because the learning curve was so smooth, we were able to get the hang of the system on our own. Everything in the system is well-documented via video. But we did sign up for a free training to ask specific questions and learn about any best practices we weren't aware of yet. Excellent customer service that responds quickly and thoroughly.

Negative: A text messaging app integration is something we'd want to see implemented in the near future. We've been told that this is only available via their API, which is a challenge for us because our team currently lacks any technical people.

Summary: This software's useful features and user-friendliness have made it an indispensable tool for me. One of the most effective tools that Manatal makes available to its customers is one that can automatically retrieve resumes from a variety of job boards and save them in our database.

Positive: It is easy on the eyes, everything is clear, and we know precisely where to click, which makes it very user-friendly. It is helpful to have templates that may be customized for the various types of communications that are typically sent.

Negative: The only feature that they offer that could use some work is the filtering function. I would love to be able to save and share filters so that I don't have to keep entering the same information over and over again.
