Summary: Positive. I have been pleased all along how nicely my non-profit's documents are displayed and how easy they are for users to access.

Positive: Karen answered my question promptly and clearly. I was then able to create the links as I wanted to.

Negative: Nothing. I wanted to solve the problem and was able to do that quickly.

Summary: Issuu has wonderful customer service and they are quick to respond, as well as very friendly! This made my experience amazing, as it is rare to have such wonderful experiences with customer service!

Positive: It seamlessly integrated with my Squarespace account, which made my website look very clean and professional!

Negative: I did not have any issues with this platform, besides the price tag. But for someone that needs written articles integrated on to Squarespace, it is definitely worth it.

Summary: Overall I think it's a feature that all content creators need. It saves time and also encourages you to make the most out of the content you create.

Positive: I love the way it saves time making content that I can use in several locations. It solves a problem that I've needed solved for a while.

Negative: In my dreams it would have a way for me to take audio or written content and turn it into graphics.

Positive: Chat responder Ted was quick to reply and very helpful on my question about applying payment. Appreciated.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Since using Issuu I needed help twice - once with uploading content and once regarding a billing question. I always received an email reply back within 24-48 hours. The team is professional and makes sure all questions are answered.

Positive: Issuu is easy to use, looks professional and clean and the team provides great customer service via email.

Negative: Would love to be able to chat online or speak with customer service in person.

Negative: I am not a user of the software, my opinion is just as a licensing team.

Summary: We used the paid version of Issuu for more than a decade to publish newspapers, magazines and other publications for our clients. They could use the embedded links on their sites. Never had any problems. We do not produce many pdf's anymore.

Positive: Easy to use. Handy features. Low price for high quality. The Issuu features added value to our PDFs.

Negative: No cons. Used Issuu for many years without any problems.

Summary: I signed up for the year and I am excited about the possibilities to share my vision and products with no creative limitations.

Positive: I love the ability to post videos, gif, and more. I tried Dropbox Shop for a while but it allows users to download your product which does not work for me. I love how ISSUU handles this predicament for content creators.

Negative: Nothing yet. Would not mind price adjustment... 😁

Summary: We love ISSUU because it gives our design practice the freedom to create formats that reflect the depth of our work. We also love ISSUU for the way our content can so easily be shared with our audience and we consider ISSUU the perfect complement to our social media presence.

Positive: As architects, we are involved in projects that can take several months, if not years, to materialize into reality. Early on, we decided that our main means of communication should reflect that long and thoughtful process. With ISSUU, we are able to publish completed projects in annual book format. That format we developed within ISSUU is completely unique: as viewers turn the pages, they get a feel for our design process and the challenges we had to overcome in delivering those projects.

Negative: Honestly no cons! ISSUU is very smooth and professional.

Summary: Excellent experience! Issuu has met all of our expectations so far. We’re very happy with their platform and services.

Positive: We at The Weave Magazine love how clean, self-explanatory and easy to navigate Issuu’s platform is! Their support team is always available to us whenever we need!

Negative: Nothing negative to highlight so far. It’s been a positive experience.

Summary: It's a great platform for creating intuitive and seamless embedded flip books and for creating rich content that our customers can easily enjoy!

Positive: Issuu has a streamlined user experience and interface that makes publishing our lookbooks and other brand focused documents seamless. It's embed functionality is robust and it's linking and video capabilities are a great addition to allow for more rich content.

Negative: Would be great to see some additional linking functionality to have products show as pop-ups or similar. Would also be great to have more control over the mobile view of the publications.

Summary: My experience has been great with ISSUU. I've used them in some form or another for 15 years across 3 different organizations I've worked at. It's a solid piece of technology and I am looking forward to where their roadmap is taking them.

Positive: The interface is elegant. It's easy to use from a front-end standpoint for my subscriber and from a back-end standpoint for my publishing team.

Negative: I haven't found too many things yet... ISSUU does what I need it to do.

Summary: Awesome customer experience. We would definitely recommend using Issuu if you're in need of a good catalog/brochure flipbook.

Positive: We love the ease of use uploading our PDFs and generating embed links for display on our website in a very clean flipbook design.

It's also pretty cool that we can order printed literature directly from our account and view metrics for our literature.
It's a pleasure discussing any functionality with their team (shoutout to Kat).

Negative: Would love to be able to type a new page number in the embedded viewer.

Summary: We like the product and user interface. Looking forward to see what other features they are going to add.

Positive: We use Issuu for project-publications we share with our clients and audience. It's a great way to share results in a fun-to-read way.
Whenever we have questions about the product, Issuu is very quick to respond.

Negative: If you reload a publication (for example after finding a type) you loose any previously added links/videos. These you need to add again. Would be great if that could be fixed.

Summary: Really like this product. I have been a customer since 2010. I have watched the online viewing each year.

Positive: I am a long time issuu.com user. I am super happy with their product. They have now added a chat feature which is also very helpful. I was having difficulty with the stacking of my pubs and it was suggested to move to another browser which I did and it worked beautifully!

Negative: Customer Service used to be challenging but now with online chat it is great!
I also use this on my phone and it would be nice if I could upload.
