Positive: This Program is very user friendly and customizable for all your shop needs, as far as inventory, labor amounts, packages, customer info, and vehicle info. The customer/Tech support is wonderful at returning calls and walking you through any questions you might have. I would definitely recommend this software for any repair shop!

Positive: Everything in one location, and I can easily get to old records for one customer. Makes warranty issues much easier
Negative: That it’s not backed up through you guys also, in the even of pc crashing.

We're glad Digital Wrench is working well for you. A backup program is built into our software, and you can direct it to backup an external device, One Drive, Google Drive, etc. The program will ask you to do the backup when you exit. It keeps a separate backup for each day of the week, then it will overwrite. If you want automatic backups to the cloud, we partner with a company called Data Health. Works Great For OPE dealership!!! Date: Sep 10 2020
Summary: Coming from a DMS, this program does everything they will do except integrate with OPE parts vendors and that part is not a big deal to me. It does Major Unit sales and ties the serial number to the customer profile at time of sale which is really handy feature that other programs doesn't do. Overall Don and Ray have been very helpful in helping me get the program setup and help run my business in an efficient manner.
