Summary: We have had a seamless transition from our old system (profits). Every meeting we had with the Celerant team has been on time, informative and beneficial to our business. They were able to transfer our existing inventory database which has made converting to the new system very painless. Kimberley is always available to take our calls and questions and follows up promptly with a response or solution. This is a great service for any store. Thank you Kimberley and Celerant.
Positive: Kimberley was extremely professional and helpful getting our store set up. She is extremely knowledgeable in the product and is always available for support. She was very patient with us learning the new system and always has an answer for any question we had! I know this process would not have gone as smoothly without the help from Kimberley!
Negative: We haven't experienced any cons working with Celerant/Kimberly. I would recommend this service to any business for Point of sale and managing a store.

Summary: Overall, great experience considering the size of operation and range needs. We have an extensive operation and Kim is always ready to help.
Positive: What I like about Kim and her team was the seamless integration and level of communication. We had a tight deadline with our grand opening and she was able to make it happen.
Negative: There were a few hiccups along the way but nothing Kim and her team couldn't handle.

Summary: Overall, this is a great product! There is a lot of functionality and it honestly keeps track of you inventory in a much better way than the previous POS systems we've used. Also, they don't cancel you for selling firearms or firearm related products like many other POS systems out there. Our store is going to be getting our FFL soon which Celerant is going to be a backbone of when we pull that trigger. If you are in the firearm or shooting sports world, this is a must have system!
Positive: We got into Celerant after using 2 failed POS systems. Celerant has been able to provide for us nearly everything we were needing in a POS system. Along with managing our inventory and being able to place PO's easily, their ecommerce has made it able for us to get off the ground with online sales. Celerant provides you a team of people that are there to not only train you, but also help you troubleshoot any problem you may run into.
Negative: The only cons I really have is 2 minor things. 1, there is no quick or easy way to adjust inventory totals for something that isn't a part of the integrated vendor system. Which isn't really a big deal once you learn how to utilize the system. The other is the inability to move some items into a different category on the ecommerce side. It would be nice to be able to move some of the integrated vendors items to a category of you own choosing instead of the assigned category.

Summary: I used to have Quickbooks Point Of Sale and this is much better. There's much more you can do with this and I'm glad that I made the change.
Positive: I want to take this time to give a big shout out to my rep Kimberley Mano who is so patient and kind. She's been great to work with and just her alone made my experience amazing.
Negative: This is a very complex POS, so you're going to need to take a while to get to know. One thing I would recommend to Cumulus/Celerant, for gun shop retailers that sell firearms consignment and want to sell non firearm items via consignment. Create a firearms sale percent payout and a non firearms sale percent payout so that we don't have to go into System Config to change the consignment percentage each time we need to list an item.

Summary: It was a very positive experience working with Stephanie and the rest of the on boarding team. They made sure I knew how the system worked and how to use all the features before going live.
Positive: The on boarding experience was great. Stephanie Wolfe did an amazing job answering questions and responded quickly to any issues I was having.
Negative: It would be nice if there was a better way for searching for items, customers, and vendors. Some sort of drop down menu when you start typing would be nice.

Summary: Overall, the product helps us keep track of our inventory effectively and efficiently, while also speeding our checkout process for customers.
Positive: Learning how to navigate the system was easy. After one training session per topic with Stephanie or support, I was able to navigate the back office and POS with ease. All of our cashiers were able to learn the system quickly and love how fast it made the check out process.
Negative: Occasionally when customers are checking out, the system will fail to save a receipt. We also have issues of the system kicking us out of the back office while trying to add new inventory. This can be a bit time consuming, having to clear the cache, log back in and then retype the information that did not save.

Positive: Great training by Stephanie. She was able to answer all my questions and work with my crazy schedule. Stephanie always made sure i fully comprehended the area we were working on and set me up for success.

Summary: Overall I am happy, but occasionally hit snags that require assistance from the vender. Not all the features we had in our prior system are part of the default setup. I think we could have found more pitfalls up front if we had a trial period.
Positive: The system is much more detailed than our prior system. It allows us to track inventory and sales in very useful ways.
Negative: It takes more setup and some of the deeper functions are not as easy to navigate.

Summary: Overall I am satisfied with the product. I like the fact that I can give my manager a call or email and she will actually get back to me.
Positive: The customer support is great. I have Nekie as my account manager and she has been helping me throughout the entire process. I dealt with Sheena in customer support. Sheena has gotten me the results I was looking for with just one phone call. I like that Nekie and honest with me, if there is something that she does not know, she will tell me that she does not know. The great thing is she will get me the answers I am looking for in a timely manner.
Negative: I would like to see the monthly fee to be less, but the product is a great product.

Summary: While the set-up is lengthy, the platform is well worth it. This is a system that will do everything you need and Stephanie did a great job walking us through. Glock Masters will be a better shop because of the Celerant platform.

Summary: A+ I have been very pleased with Celerant POS. I looked at a few other POS systems before making the swap and Celerant was the best choice for my business.
Positive: Stephanie went about and beyond on helping me get everything set up and trained me until I was comfortable enough, then when I had a question she was literally a phone call away.
Negative: The only downside I can think of would be if you have slow internet.... as it is web based. I have fast internet so it was not a issue for me.

Summary: I had a great experience from start to finish and I've enjoyed the new organization of my business.
Positive: The software is very user friendly. Easily navigated by any level user. My questions were answered immediately during the day or the very first thing in the morning next day. There was continuous support and follow up from everyone I worked with. Great staff!!! Stephanie and Fatima were great to work with.
Negative: No cons as of yet, but Ive only used the system for 2 months.
